1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups cooked, peeled, cubed potatoes (5 to 6 medium)
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Directions:

In a large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover. Chill.
