1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
all organic
1 14.5 oz. can Fire Roasted Muir Glen Organic Roma Tomatoes
8 oz. jar of Trader Joe's Salsa Autentica Medium Hot (or your favorite but it won't be as good as mine)
1 lb. GOOD ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS chilli powder
2 TBS. cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Soften onions in olive oil. Remove from pan.

Brown beef well. Add drained beans, tomatoes, salsa, garlic powder, chilli powder. Simmer for 1.5 hours.

Add cornmeal-simmer 5-10 minutes. ( this thickens it up)

Enjoy.
