2 lbs Tenderloin of Beef cut into large pieces, fresh basil olive oil 4 stalks of celery chopped, 2 onions chopped, 2 garlic clove sliced one package of chopped mushrooms - one cup of red wine - one large can of chopped tomatoes, one can of water - 2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks, 2 large white potatoes peeled and cut into chunks, two large summer squash, zucchini and peeled winter squash cut into chunks, to red
peppers cut into slices -

Cook onions, celery, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil for about 10 minutes or until ions are soft - add tenderloin of beef and cook about 10 minutes until beef is cooked through - add red wine and basil and a couple of minutes - add all cut up and peeled vegetables - add tomato sauce and water and partially cover and cook for two hours .
