1 jar herring roe (tarama)
1 cup olive oil - add more as needed
1 onion, ground - use juice only
12 unsalted premium plus crackers - more if needed
3-4 lemons - juice only
bread as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all in blender or food processor.
Add bread and crackers for consistency.
Mixture becomes white and fluffy as you beat it.
