6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
5 cans beef stock
2 beef bullion cubes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. diced onions
1 c. tomatoes
1 lb. ground steak
10 oz. pkg. frozen, mixed vegetables
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. protein seasoning
1 tsp. salt
chopped parsley - for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. melt butter in soup pot, add flour, and stir until paste - cook on medium-high for 3 minutes
2. take beef stock and slowly stir into paste until it thickens
3. add bullion cubes and bring to a boil
4. add fresh vegetables and tomato
5. bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes
6. saute ground beef and drain
7. add meat, frozen vegetables, and spices - simmer for 15 minutes
8. add parsley to garnish
