1/4 cup honey
parsley
salt
pepper
4 to 6 chicken leg quarter/breast

heat to 350º cook for 90 min
mix honey and juice in bowel set aside

water wash chicken.set in baking dish salt and pepper cook for 15 min then brush on honey juice repeat 4 times. every 15 min then last 15 min add sprinkle of parsley
