1 leg of lamb (4-6 lbs. boned and butterflied
1 jar dijon mustard
1 pt. soy sauce
1 pt.. peanut oil
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mustard, soy sauce, oil and garlic. Marinate lamb in this for 24 hours, the last eight out of the refrigerator.
Barbecue about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on desired degree of doneness. Let meat rest covered at least 10 minutes before carving.
