1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
6 yolks
8 egg whites
1 cup sugar (3/4 + 1/4 later)
4 tabs Grand Marnier
zest of 1 orange shredded
2 tbls butter (1+1 more later)
1 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and add milk slowly stirring until thick.Add Grand Marnier, orange peel and extract and mix over low heat.Beat in eggs 1 at a time and add 1 tab butter. Off heat, beat in last tab of butter.Beat white to peak stage and beat in last in 1/4 cup of sugar.Beat till stiff.Fold yolk mixture into beaten whites and lay gently into souffle dish. Place on bottom rack of 375 oven in a bain marie and bake 40-45 minutes.
