4 (6 to 8 oz.) fish fillets (I use catfish or talapia fillets)
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 c. olive oil

Lemon Sauce:
2 minced garlic cloves
juice of 2 lemons
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon zest
Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in blender or whisk really well.
Directions:
Directions:
Combine olive oil, rosemary and pepper in shallow dish and add fillets. Turn to coat and let marinate for approximately 1 hour in this mixture.
Heat gas grill using med/high heat or if using charcoal use high heat.
Spray inside of grill basket with vegetable spray. Place fish in basket and grill about 6-8 minutes per side. (Depends on thickness of fillets) Grill until fish begins to flake. Serve with lemon sauce.

To check fish - separate gently in the middle of the fillet with two wooden skewers or two forks. Fish will flake slightly. Remember it will continue to cook after removing from grill.
