1 can corn
1 can diced potatoes
1 can peas/carrots
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. butter
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. milk
4 cooked, cubed chicken breasts
1 pie pastry

Preheat oven to 425º Drain vegetables and set to the side. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour until bubbly (takes a few minutes), remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk and heat to boil stirring constantly. Once it begins to boil continue to stir and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat-add chicken and vegetables.
Place pastry in ungreased pie dish. Pour mixture in pastry. Place top pastry on & pinch outside edges to close. Cut slits on top to vent. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
