5 c. mashed potatoes 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. cream 2 c. flour 3/4 tsp. salt
Combine ingredients. Mix well. (Make sure that mashed potatoes are cold – if they are lumpy put through ricer or colander.) Roll 1 cup of potato mixture into a circle 1/8 inch thick. Bake until light brown on top wood stove or etc.
