1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. dill seed
1/4 c. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put sauerkraut juice, sugar, green pepper, onion, celery, vinegar, pimento and dill seed into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cool. Add salad oil to cooled solution and pour over sauerkraut. Let stand overnight.
