3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. pineapple syrup
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 can (1 lb. 14 oz.) cherries
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Miniature marshmallows
1 large can pineapple tidbits
2 oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, pineapple syrup, sugar, salt and butter. Cook until thick. Cool. Put fruit, marshmallows and whipped cream in bowl. Add egg yolk mixture and stir together. Chill for 24 hours.
