1 egg
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 tbsp. onion
16 oz. can cream corn
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. stuffing mix
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until almost done before adding to corn. Add egg, onion, salt and pepper. Melt butter and toss with stuffing mix. Place on top of broccoli mixture and bake 7 minutes at 350º.
