5 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
Pepper to taste
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash by hand masher. Add rest of ingredients while potatoes are still warm. Put in large casserole or 2 small ones. Can be made and refrigerated for few days. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350.
