1 qt. dried navy beans
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. catsup
1 small onion
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. salt pork or bacon, cut in pieces
1 large can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Put beans in layers with onions and salt pork. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over beans. Use bean liquid as needed to keep beans from drying out. Bake 350º for about 3 hours or 200º all night.
