3 large eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. dark Karo corn syrup, 2 T. butter, melted, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vinegar, 1 c. pecans, chopped, single pie shell

Directions:
Beat the eggs well, add in all the other ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 40 minutes at 375º. Check the pie crust at 30 minutes. If golden brown, cover crust only with aluminum foil to keep from darkening too much.
