3 cups boiled sweet potatoes, mashed 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup oleo 2 eggs 1 Tbsp. Vanilla flavoring
1 cup brown sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup melted oleo
Mix mashed potatoes, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oleo, 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp. Vanilla, and pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix all ingredients for the topping by hand, and sprinkle over the potato mix. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes.
