1 lb hamburger 2 cans tomato soup 1 large can tomato juice 1 onion (or onion powder) 2 tablespoons chili powder 2 teaspoon accent 2 teaspoons garlic salt 2 teaspoons oregano 1 tsp. cayenne pepper ½ tsp. paprika ½ tsp. white pepper 1 can of chili beans
Brown the hamburger and then put the rest of the ingredients in. Simmer for about an hour stirring occasionally. Add cooked elbow macaroni noodles.
