3 qt. Baking Dish (Lightly grease, set aside)
1/2c Butter, Softened
1/2c Sugar
2 Eggs
1c (8oz) Sour Cream
1 Package (8.5 oz. Corn Muffin Mix) (Jiffy is great!)
1/2c Cup Milk
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 Can Cream-Style Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in sour cream. Gradually add cornbread/muffin mix alternately with milk. Fold in both cans of corn. Pour into baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until set and slightly browned.
