About 1 gallon fresh sour dock
About 1 quart fresh poke leaves
About 1 handful fresh dandelion leaves
About 1 handful fresh elderberry leaves
About 1 handful fresh blackberry shoots (young & tender)
About 1 handful fresh lambs quarters
1 lb bacon ends

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon ends in bottom of large pan until hot through and bacon turns color showing that it's starting to get done. Add about 1 quart water and all the fresh greens mixing them as you add. Cover and cook until tender, about 40 minutes
