1/2 stick Smart balance, or margarine, or butter
2/3 cup of Splenda or sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
sprinkle of ground clove
6 - 8 apples

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the apples, core and cut into slices. Melt the Smart balance, or margarine or butter in a frying pan. Add the apple slices to the fry pan. Toss to coat the apple slices and simmer to tender. Add the cinnamon and clove. Serve warm.
