4 eggs
2 English muffins
4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil the eggs. and chill well. Toast 1/2 English muffin for each egg. Spread thin layer of mustard on each muffin half. peel and slice each egg and place on muffin half. Place slice of pepper jack cheese on each.
Place muffin halves on cookie sheet and heat in 300 oven until cheese is melted
