2 pounds fish fillets
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dip fish fillets in salad dressing. Place in a greased baking dish in one layer.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Combine potato chips and cheese and sprinkle over fish.
Bake for 10 or 15 minutes.
