3 - 4 lb.# cubed beef 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (dry) 1 can cream of onion soup 1 can cream of celery soup
Put cubed beef in bottom of roaster. Sprinkle dry soup mix on top of beef. Spread both cans of soup on top of this. Cover with foil & the lid. Bake at 250º for 6 hours - No peeking. When done mash with potato masher.
