2 large packages of Ribs
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
4 Tbsp white sugar
2 Tbsp of Worchestire sauce

2 large onions - chopped and sautéed in 1/4 c margarine.
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp dry mustard
2 c Ketchup
2 c Barbecue Sauce
1 c water

Cut ribs into small pieces. Mix the salt, pepper, sugar and Worchestire sauce over ribs- bake at 350 for 1.5 hours. Drain off fat.
Mix all sauce ingredients together. Adjust BBQ sauce and Ketchup if more is needed. Pour over drained ribs. Bake at 325º for 2 hours. Or place in a crock pot and cook at low for 10 hours.
