Potaoe's sliced thin
Tomatos 1 lg can and 2-3 fresh
Green pepper
onion sliced thin
pepperoni sliced thin
Hot peppers sliced thin
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Potatoes, onion until almost done in enough water to cover add tomatoes cook 1/2 hour add 1 T oil and Add rest ingredients simmer 2 hours.
another recipe that amounts depend on how much you want to make. I usually use 4-5 potatoes, half green pepper, 1 lg onion, 1 to 1/2 pkg pepperoni and 1 or 2 hot peppers.
