3/4 cup butter
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8oz cream cheese
1-2 kiwi fruit
10 (approx) strawberries
mandarin oranges (small can)
pineapple (tidbits or chunks)
1/4 cup strawberry jelly

Beat butter in large mixing bowl with elec. mixer on high 30 seconds. Add sugar, beat til combined. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Beat as much flour in as you can with mixer. Stir in remainder with wooden spoon. Spread dough in lightly greased 12 in. pizza pan. Bake at 350º for about 20 min or til golden brown. Cool in pan on rack. Mix cream cheese with jelly (mix well). Just before serving, spread cream cheese on cookie. Place toppings in circle over whole cookie. Refrigerate leftovers.
