2 large Red potatoes
1 - 2 med onions
1/2 - 1lb baby carrots (slice in half)
1 small summer squash (yellow)
1 zucchini squash
1 lb sausage or 1-2 lbs cooked roast
Salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, Tony's, other seasoning as needed

Slice everything and and fry in butter or olive oil just a little. Add meat (already cooked) and turn on low heat for about 30 - 45 min. Cover while cooking to steam.
