2 lb. ground beef

Raw veggies
1 onion
1 lb carrots
cabbage
3-5 lb. potatoes

canned veggies
2 qts. tomatoes. (pureed)
2 cans corn
2 cans green beans
2 cans peas
2 cans lima beans

Directions:
Directions:
In at least a 5 qt pot.
Brown meat a little and drain. Dice onion, carrots, celery, cabbage, & potatoes add to pot with 2 or 3 cups water. season with salt and pepper simmer for 1 hour.
Add tomato's and all other viggies with their juices. bring to a boil then simmer for 4 to 5 hours or longer. you can package it up and freeze left overs.
