1 pkg. chicken flavor stove top stuffing
1 2/3 c. hot water
1/4 c butter (half a stick)
6 boneless chicken breast halfs
1 1/3 c. frozen broccoli cuts
1 12oz jar heinz chicken gravy
1 2 1/2 oz jar mushrooms drained
1-2 tbsp. white wine or apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
place contents of seasoning from stuffing pack & 2 tbsp. of butter in a lge. bowl. Add hot water, stir till partially melted add stuffing stir to moisten let stand until water is absorbed.
meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in remaining butter until lightly browned. about 5 minutes. Place chicken in a baking dish top each piece with stuffing and broccoli. Mix together gravy, mushrooms, and wine or juice pour over broccoli and stuffing cover with foil bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
