1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. worchestershire sauce
4T. lemon juice
4T. fresh chopped cilantro
2T. fresh ginger root, minced
2-3 lb. London Broil or Flank steak (scored on the surface)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together, add meat and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate until needed. Turn periodically. Grill 8-10 minutes each side or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes then slice diagonally!!
Warm extra sauce to serve over the meat.

This is the best marinade we've had; it has a very fresh taste with the lemon and ginger root.
