2-3 large potatoes, skinned and sliced
large bottle of whipping cream
1 block of shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin pan really well. Put one sliced potato in the bottom of one of the muffin cups, top with shredded cheese. Continue to layer until you reach the top of the muffin cup (not over flowing). Continue until all the muffin cups are full. Take bottle of cream and fill muffin cups to the top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes. Salt and Pepper to taste.
