4 cups water
4 cups sugar
1 vanilla bean
3/4 cup instant coffee
1 quart vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Cut vanilla bean, mince; boil in water and sugar mixture for 8 minutes. Add coffee and boil 2 more minutes; cool for three weeks, shaking 2 -3 times daily. Strain vanilla bean before boiling.
