3/4 pound ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 9" unbaked pie shell with fluted edges
3/4 c mayonnaise
3/4 c milk
3 eggs
4 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until browned. Arrange meat in pie shell. Beat together mayonnaise, milk, eggs, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a bowl until blended. Pour over meat in shell. Bake at 375º for 40-45 minutes or until golden and puffy.
