8 potatoes
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
8 Tablespoons margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes, leaving peelings on. Cut into quarters, roll in cheese, flour, salt and pepper mixture and place in 9"x 13"x 2" inch casserole dish. Melt butter and add to potatoes. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 20 mins, turn potatoes and bake 20 mins. more or until tender.
