1 ring coarse bologna (garlic or plain)
1 c Miracle Whip (no mayo)
1 c sweet midget gherkins

Directions:

Remove skin from bologna
grind bologna and gherkins in meat grinder
(hand crank or blender)
mix in Miracle Whip
chill in refrigerator
spread between two slices of white sandwich bread

These sandwiches were always taken along by hunters and fisherman for eating later in the day. It seems that they taste even better after sitting in a sack for a few hours. Delicious!!
