1 cup mayonnaise (store bought)
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup crumbled mild blue cheese (Gorgonzola works well)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, blue cheese in a large mixing bowl and stir with a whisk until everything is combined. Let chill in refrigerator at least 1 hr. Bring up to room temperature to serve. Serve over chunks of iceberg lettuce with a nice juicy steak (Yum).

This dressing takes a while to develop its flavor, so don't season with salt and pepper until ready to serve.
