Pepper
Flour
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wash partridge in salt water just before cooking. Roll in flour, salt and pepper mix. Brown meat. Place in baking pan and pour cream of mushroom soup, mixed with milk, over it. Cover and bake 325 for 1 1/2 hours
