Meatballs:
3 lbs. ground beef
2 pkg. french onion soup mix
3 eggs
3 cups oatmeal

Sauce:
4 cans tomato soup
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
2 pkg. french onion soup
2 cans chunk pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare meatballs and broil in oven until cooked through.
Combine all sauce ingredients except pineapple in crock pot and bring to a simmer on high. Add meatballs and turn to low. Simmer at least 3 hours. Add pineapple 1/2 hour before serving.

These meatballs are great as an appetizer or over noodles as a main course. They can be made with 1/2 of the onion soup called for to cut down on the salt and they are still really good.
