1 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned
1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1 T. olive oil
8 oz. macaroni, cooked
1 28-oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained
2 10.25 oz. cans condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil along with bell pepper, onion and garlic. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain well. Chop whole tomatoes into hearty pieces. Transfer to large pot and combine with all other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
