1 large tomato, diced
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 fresh or canned tomatillo, diced
1 or 2 fresh jalapeņo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 T snipped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, pressed
1-2 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently. Cover and chill at least 1 hour prior to serving. Stores well for up to a week.
