pastry for 9 inch pie
1 pound ground beef
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c onion - chopped
1/4 c green pepper - chopped
1/2 c fine dry bread crumbs
1 - 8oz can tomato sauce

8 oz grated cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Brown the ground beef, drain. Mix rest of ingredients except for topping. Spread in pastry-lined pie pan. Spread Cheese Topping over filling; bake in 425 oven for 30 minutes.

For topping: Mix all ingredients together well
