Casserole:
2 cups sliced yellow summer squash
1 cup milk
small onion, chopped
1 egg
1.2 cup grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Topping:
2 T melted butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain squash. Mix w/remaining ingredients.
Put in casserole dish. Mix topping together and sprinkle over squash. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
