Slow cook a big pot roast, cool and shred with a fork

1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. brown sugar
2 T. honey
2 t. dry mustard
1 t. chili powder
1 t. liquid smoke
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix sauce ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 20 minutes.
Pour sauce over shredded beef, mixing well to coat. Serve on hamburger buns.

Keeps well in the refrigerator.
