1 Stick of butter
1 med. onion chopped fine
2 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1/2 green pepper chopped fine
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. parsley
1 dash of hot sauce (more if you like)
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 cans of minced clams
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. parmesan cheese

Preheat oven 350 F.
Drain clams and reserve liquid. Melt butter and on low cook onion, garlic and peppers till tender. Add remaining ingredients. Only add clam juice a little at a time, if the mixture looks too dry. Bake for 40 minutes and serve with crackers.
