2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 eggs-slightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt, and cloves. In separate bowl add eggs, oil, orange juice, sugar, zucchini, and almond extract. Add flour mixture to liquid until moist. Pour into greased pan (13x9) Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
