2 lb kale or other greens
4 c water
1 slice bacon
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Par boil greens. Add 1/2 tsp soda. Rinse and drain. This helps to rid of bitterness. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until tender.
