1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 bag Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (miniature)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine and sugars. Add egg, vanilla and peanut butter.* Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place in greased mini muffin tin; push down slightly.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350. Take out of oven and immediately push a peanut butter cup in the cookie. Cool in tin.
