Crust:
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Filling:
12 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. cool whip

Glaze:
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water

Fruit Options:
(fresh or canned)
pineapple, mandarin oranges, berries, kiwi, peaches, etc.

Glaze:
Mix corn starch and sugar together. Add the liquids and bring to a boil. Boil 30 seconds and set aside to cool.

Crust:
Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar until it resembles a crust and press onto a pizza pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

Filling:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip and spread on cooled crust.

Decorate pizza with desired fruit. Pour cooled glaze over fruit. Refrigerate pizza.
